Mission First, Men Always!
The VALOR Event is a single day variation of a Growth Training Exercise (GTE) designed to highlight the military significance of the event city. Various landmarks along the ruck route will be used to demonstrate leadership in action.
The day long event consists of the following phases:
1) Saturday morning King Builder - A bootcamp-style workout, with a lesson - EH those FNGs!
2) Saturday morning GrowSchool - Leadership class taught by Freedom Ops Trainers
3) Saturday afternoon IMPACT Ruck - Introductory ruck: 4-6 hours, 5-7 miles
4) Saturday Post Event Fellowship - Stick around for refreshments and revelry
VALOR Timeline:
0700 - 0800 The King Builder
0830 - 1000 GrowSchool
1030 - 1700 IMPACT Ruck
This is an introductory-level rucking event lasting approximately 4 - 6 hours and covering 5 - 7 miles. There will be physical exertion, your mind and body will be put to the test, leadership acceleration is imminent. Additionally there will be emphasis on celebrating Memorial Day and honoring those that have paid the price for our freedom.
1700 - UTC Post Event Fellowship
Host region will provide refreshments to fellowship with your PAX before departing for the day.
